A wonderful early-mid season producer!  Bicolored fruit, striped with yellow and pinky-red.  Firm, crispy flesh with a lovely sweet/tart flavor.  It's mostly used for salads and fresh eating, but can also be used in baking, and cooking.  Try Fuji applesauce and pork chops!!!

Use Cortland, Enterprise, Empire, Gala, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Jonathan, Liberty, McIntosh, Newton Pippen, Wealthy, Wolf River to pollinize.
