Christmas Tree Fraser Fir - 7'-8'

One of America’s most popular Christmas trees — and for good reason — the Fraser fir touts blue-green needles with silvery undersides. With excellent needle retention and stiff branches, it holds up well to ornaments. Of course, the pleasant scent is a major perk, too.

The Fraser fir is a highly popular and well-regarded species of real Christmas tree. It is known as the "Cadillac of Christmas trees" and is particularly prized for several features: 

• Aroma: It has a pleasant, classic pine or woody fragrance with a citrusy top note.
• Needle retention: It holds its needles exceptionally well, meaning fewer needles drop throughout the holiday season.
• Sturdy branches: The branches are stiff and have a slight upward curve, making them capable of holding heavy ornaments.
• Appearance: Its needles are a dark blue-green with a silvery underside, which gives the tree a special glow with lights.
• Origin: The Fraser fir grows natively in the southern Appalachian Mountains and is the official Christmas tree of North Carolina.
